We had a GLOWing time!

Here is the list of colleagues - both from the COTs and HQ - who are going to reside in Hotel Seminaris during GLOW.

Here is the list of COT colleagues who have been invited to GLOW. The list will be updated as we receive the names and other details of some new colleagues who're currently in the process of joining UNV. The list is organized by geographic section, name and country.   

This list does not include participants from the HQs and resource persons and guests being invited from outside UNV. We'll share with you their list as soon as it's available.

Colleagues from COTs, if you see your name on this list and yet have not filled in the bio-data (personal information) questionnaire or sent to the Logistics team your travel details, then please do so immediately. It is essential for making timely logistical arrangements for your travel and for authorizing purchase of your tickets.

In order to facilitate the travel arrangements of colleagues from the field coming to Bonn, the GLOW Logistics Team has designated travel focal points.

As we informed you last week, personal information questionnaires have been sent out to participants of GLOW from COTs. We've posted the questionnaires here (in English, French and Spanish) so you can have a look.

If you have received the questionniare, please fill it in by Monday, 04 April. All GLOW participants need to fill it in to ensure smooth logistical arrangements.

A similar questionnaire will also be sent to participants from the HQs in Bonn.
