Dear GLOW participants,
First of all, thanks to all you who completed the Needs Assessment online survey for GLOW 2005. Considering that survey responses were anonymous, we cannot individually recognize those who took their time to reflect and provide important inputs through their ideas and suggestions. These contributions will help to move forward a process that will certainly impact the UNV programme's future.
Now, a group of colleagues at the HQs in Bonn is busy analyzing and distilling information out of a few thousands
of responses received from more than a hundred colleagues who filled the questionnaires.
The information compiled will influence the organizers and planners as they finalize things like the substance of the GLOW Agenda, the details for social and fun programme or the aspects related to logistics and conference support needed.
In the course of this week beginning 21 March, another online questionnaire will be dispatched to all our COTs/Missions. This time filling the questionnaire is a must, as it deals with pieces of information required from all those who are to attend.
Your urgent, accurate and complete response is required before we can proceed with the authorizations for purchasing air tickets , arrangement of visa and finalization of invitations. Your replies will also help us to identify facilitation candidates (15 to be selected from among field colleagues) who will work with the Facilitation Team for GLOW.
